How to Use This Reading Tool

Follow these steps to improve your reading fluency:

• Listen First: Select 'Listen First' to hear the chapter being read to you
• Your Turn: Select 'Your Turn' to practice reading silently. The text will auto-scroll at a steady pace to help you maintain reading speed.
• Record Your Reading: Click 'Record' to capture your voice while reading along. The recording will:
  • Automatically start from the beginning of the text
  • Auto-scroll the text as you read to help you keep pace
  • Stop when you press 'Stop' (the button turns red while recording)
  • After recording, you can choose to:
    • Playback: Listen to your recording
    • Compare with Reader: Hear the narrator first, then your recording
    • Send to Teacher: Share your recording for feedback
    • Download: Save your recording to your device
• Take the Quiz: Take the quiz to see how well you understood the reading and new phrases!!
• Word Definitions: You can select any word to have it defined
